HOW WE WORK

We think it's invaluable to see the rugs in your own home so, where possible, your rug making journey starts with Amy coming to see you on a site visit.

We have samples of most of our designs so you can see as many as you'd like to help you choose. If you are struggling you can send us photos of your space.

During the site visit Amy will help you choose the right design, size and colour way for your interior, drawing on other design elements you already have.

If it is not possible to visit you we can match to fabric samples in the post and send you colour tufts and woven swatches. We can also do face time meetings and send visuals.

Following our site visit we do visuals of how the rug would look like in the actual space, in various colour options, which can really help you envisage and ultimately choose the best one.

Once your rug is finished it is couriered by air to the UK so we can get it to you as soon as possible (or direct to you if you are abroad), and will be delivered by our wonderful team

We will arrange a day and time with you and then install your new piece exactly as you’d like it, with underlay if needed. We also offer a protective sealant called micro-seal.

We can also provide woven sample swatches for you to show clients, as well as our brochure, and provide visuals for mood boards in chosen colours.
