'Zebra Herringbone’ is from Amy’s abstract collection, a collection of designs originally created for individual projects, often working closely with interior designers and their clients.

A playful take on a traditional herringbone, Zebra Herringbone combines irregular, slightly wavy lines with a subtle nod to zebra stripes. The result is a wonderfully textural, unobtrusive all-over pattern that adds movement and interest to a room without dominating the space.

The design works beautifully in soft, tonal colours for a more understated look, or in contrasting colours for something bolder. The combination of wool and Tencel adds a gentle sheen and texture, making it a versatile choice for both classic and contemporary interiors.

As with all our designs, Zebra Herringbone is a bespoke, hand-knotted rug that can be made to measure in any size and customised to any colour. It can also be made in 100% wool for added practicality and durability. Amy can help with choosing colours, proportions and sizing, either remotely or during a site visit, bringing rug samples with her so you can see how they look in situ.
