‘Metaxa’ is from Amy’s collaboration with renowned British fabric and wallpaper brand Lewis & Wood.
Part of Lewis & Wood’s Stitch Prints collection, the original design was inspired by antique Greek embroideries, particularly an oblong cushion cover from the island of Thasos.
With its intricate, all-over pattern and wonderfully irregular arrangement of shapes, Metaxa is a distinctive design that brings real character to a room. Despite its striking pattern, the soft, muted colours give it a relaxed, almost vintage quality, making it equally at home in both classic and contemporary interiors.
